  ThrivEdu LMS – Refund Policy

At ThrivEdu, we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied with a course or service, you may be eligible for a refund based on the terms outlined below.  
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:  
- Self-Paced Courses: Refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchase, provided that no more than 5% of the course has been completed.  
- Live/Instructor-Led Courses: Refunds are available if requested at least 2 days before the course start date. Once the course begins, refunds are not available.  
- Subscription-Based Services: Refunds are available within two days of the initial subscription purchase. Recurring payments are non-refundable.  
- Technical Issues: If a course is inaccessible due to technical errors from our end, we will provide a full refund or course replacement.  
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed courses or those where a certificate has been issued.  
- Promotional or discounted purchases.  
- Failure to complete a course due to personal reasons.  
- Subscription auto-renewals after the initial refund period.  
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, email financedepartment@thrivedu.org with your purchase details and reason for the request.  
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.  
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.  
4. Course Cancellations by ThrivEdu
If ThrivEdu cancels a course or service, affected users will receive a full refund or course credit.  
5. Changes to Refund Policy
ThrivEdu reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
